At PIVOT CASE, we stand behind the quality of our protection; if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your item within 30 days of delivery. All returned electronics and accessories must be in their original packaging and in new, unused condition to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and a return authorization form to include inside your package.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack the PIVOT CASE products in their original boxes and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.
Quality Inspection and Refund
After our technicians inspect the returned hardware for damage, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
